The main construction of the optical imaging platform has been completed, and there are 8 sets of equipments, including 2 sets of two-photon imaging systems (with large imaging depth, which can realize in vivo functional imaging at the cellular level in multiple brain regions), 2 sets of laser confocal scanning microscopes, 1 set of panoramic fast-scan high-throughput imaging system, 1 set of real-time live-cell imaging system, 1 set of fully automated fluorescence body-viewing microscopes, and 1 set of conventional inverted fluorescence microscopes. The optical imaging platform can meet the needs of neuroscience research from macroscopic to microscopic, and from fixed tissues to live small animals.
